There is no telling what the future is going to hold for Greg McElroy, but the former 'Bama QB will always be able to say that he ended his first drive as a QB in the NFL with a touchdown pass.
Rex Ryan finally pulled Mark Sanchez late in the third. Since Tim Tebow was inactive with a rib injury the door was opened for McElroy to walk through. I think it is safe to say that he did just that. He ended up leading the team on four drives; a touchdown drive, three play one that ended in a fumble, 3-out, and one that lasted about 8 minutes to end the game.
Yet somehow it wasn't enough for Rex Ryan to say he'd get the nod for next week.
McElroy's TD was all the Jets needed to win the game over Arizona, 7-6.
