Of course they didn't! How stupid would that be? Peyton is not exactly known or being light on his feet, and at his age--and with his neck issues--you want to avoid unnecessary contact like this. To run a QB Draw with him in the preseason no less would be insane.

This had to be a busted play...either that or Peyton is going senile and thought he actually could make the goal line.

Could be he was counting on the refs to throw another flag. With the way the flags have been flying so far this preseason it was a pretty safe bet.
