The Indianapolis Colts are not bad. Whoa--let me rephrase that to bring it closer to the exact truth; the Indianapolis Colts are not bad at home.
It seems as long as the team is playing in the friendly confines of Lucas Oil Stadium they have done alright. All three wins are at home, but more importantly the two times the team has been away from home are the only two where they played down to the expectations people have for rebuilding teams.
You hear about the value of the hometown crowd and all, but I don't think I have seen an example where said value is so readily apparent. The only problem is that the team can't play all of its games at home.
So how do we get over the hump?...
