Prior to the Super Bowl in New Orleans at the end of the season there is going to be another football game, the much maligned Pro Bowl. It is a football game, so armed with the knowledge that there is only one other game left (that Super one) fans watch. After all, some football is better than no football, right?
The answer to that question was nearly a big no earlier this year. As bad as the last edition of the annual game was, the league was prompted to contemplate cancelling the game for good. The Player's Union agreed to make it more competitive this year so the game was given a reprieve for now...
