Come on--look at the guy! He's well-mannered, filthy stinking rich, a Super Bowl winner, eventual Hall of Famer, good-looking (yea, I said it), and has an extremely hot wife that makes his ridiculous paychecks look--well, ridiculous. If there is a kind of life that every guy wants to have Tom Brady is living it.
With life being beyond just good he needs a little reminder that not everything actually works out for you (or at least the rest of us). So when I heard that a tutoring session with him was being sold I knew that I could find a way to use that bit of info to make fun of him.
Then I read the whole article, and realized I'd be worse then a putz to bash him now.
Someone must have figured out that there would be a number of folks that wouldn't mind learning how to throw a football from one of the best in the game so they got him to donate his time in order to raise money for a worthy charity, the Mark Wahlberg Foundation to benefit youth services and enrichment programs.
The asking price is starting out right around $7,000, but the special tutoring session is expected to go for around $20,000.
Instead of being able to make of him for having such an immense ego to thing that folks would spend a bundle of money to learn the fundamentals of passing from him, I find myself respecting the guy a little bit more for thinking of a way to raise money for a worthwhile cause.
However, all is not lost on the lets make fun of Tom Brady front!
When you are Tom Braddy and your hooked up with oe of the premiere fashion models in the world you are bound to get a few offers fro fashion companies. One of his most recent endorsements was for UGG, an Australian company that makes these unisex sheepskin boots (does anyone else think metro-sexual when they here unisex?).
