Cowboys Could be in Good Shape With Recent Coaching Moves: Jerry Jones is often doubted when it comes to the moves he makes for the Dallas Cowboys, but this time he might have gotten it right.

No one wants to be average in professional sports. As a player it may keep you on the team, but you will always be the first player cut when the team thinks someone better has come along. As a team that means you are not bad, but you are not good either.
