We can't be surprised at this. Offensive coordinator Bruce Arians is moving on from the team and taking the last remaining open head coaching job. He'll have the unenviable task of turning around the Arizona Cardinals.
If anyone can do it, Arians is the man. He definitely proved his worth as a head coach this past season when he took over the Colts a few weeks into the season and led them to a 9-3 record and a spot in the playoffs. To be able and take a motley crew of young and old players and mod them into a group that was capable of overcoming the odds and winning--yeah, that's head coach worthy stuff...(click on link for full story)
