I'm curious here. Is ESPN starting to create scandal and controversy in order to drum up press or are they really just a bunch of clueless folks that don't know when to keep their private opinions to themselves? Think people! Think!
Seriously folks, when you are sitting in front of cameras don't you know when they are on and when they are off? Even then--if the analysts are saying things that are potentially embarrassing why are the producers cutting to them anyway?
Forget that this little mess has to do with ESPN's favorite whipping boy, I'm really starting to think that the good folks at ESPN have gotten lazy. They have been the only show in sports broadcasting for so long that they don't feel the need to really give folks quality stuff anymore. It seems like they are more in to creating more of a daytime talk show meets sports broadcast.
Honestly folks--it makes me thing of Brett Michaels and the Rock of Love Bus. Don't get me wrong! I love Poison and Brett, but the show was trash TV; entertaining, but trash.
That's what ESPN is turning into.
