It's Kaepernicking Time!

There was planking--it was replaced by Tebowing. Some tried to get "Griffining" to replace Tebowing and their was a pathetic attempt by the Jacksonville Jaguars to start a new craze (Jaguaring).

Tebowing has died off. It is kind of hard to keep a trend going when the man it is named after doesn't do it. Then again,  since he rarely played this year he had little to "Tebow" about...anyway...

With the disappearance of Tebowing there has been a void that needed to be filled. Thanks to the young star quarterback of the San Francisco 49ers, Colin Kaepernick, that void has been filled:

NFL Memes created this nugget back in mid-Deccember when he had led the 49ers to a win over the Miami Dolphins. After striking the pose in the game against Green Bay Saturday night it appears as if it might actually be taking off for real now!

Of course if this "craze" is really going to go nationwide (or more...) he'll need to lead the 49ers to victory over the Atlanta Falcons next week. If he doesn't we might end up seeing the "Matty Ice Ice Baby" happen. I have no idea what that would be, but I don't like it.
