Bill Belichick Go Soft Because of a Girlfriend? So Says Asante Samuel!

New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick has developed one heck of a reputation over the years. Few can win like he has. No one has been able to take players perceived as malcontents and turned them into what appeared to be respectful, productive players like he can. There isn't a player, coach, executive--anyone--that has mastered the art of saying something while saying nothing to the media like Bill Belichick.

It takes a stern task master to do what he has done so well and for so long in the NFL. Yet, if you believe what one of his former players--Asante Samuel-- said on Dan Le Batard is Highly Questionable there was a time when he was on the Patriots (2003-07) that Belichick went soft--because of his girlfriend!
