So-Called 'Chunky Cheerleader' Kelsey Williams Speaks Out Against Critic (and she is still hot)

Remember the Oklahoma City Thunder cheerleader that a female blogger posted a rather unflattering article about? Yeah, I thought she was pretty crazy to think that Kelsey Williams was 'chunky' too.

Well, Kelsey has decided to talk about that incident; her thoughts on the critic, what size she wears...



In case you didn't feel like watching the video the most pointed thing she really said about the blogger was this:

"Shame on you. I mean you are a woman … you know exactly what we all go through on a daily basis just being a woman," Kelsey Williams said. "Shame on you."

Now not being a woman I don't have the same perspective on this, but you don't need to be one to know that tearing someone down for no apparent reason is no way to get ahead. In fact, it got the blogger in question fired.

If anyone in Houston is reading I think her editor may need a serious slap on the wrist as well. How on Earth could something so hateful ever make it to the site (the story is down now) and with a poll? That kind of thing is more befitting--well, no one.

Kelsey appears to have taken it all in stride, and at least in public has put on the brave face. She certainly could have slammed her critic if she wanted to and no one would have blamed her. Then again, that would have brought her down to her level.

Besides, she has a game to get to.

Oh--and in case you were still wondering (and didn't watch the video), she's a size 4. A '4.' This blogger called a size 4 chunky! I hate to see what she calls skinny!
