Alabama Waste No Time At All Getting Points on the Board

After winning two national titles the Alabama Crimson Tide are a marked team. A victory against them would make any team's season at this point; some would probably be glad to just give them a competitive game.

It's going to be all about being the man that knocks the man down. First up to give it a try--Virginia Tech. Early in the game it didn't look to go for VT Head Coach Frank Beamer and his Hokies. The first time Alabama got its hands on the ball--a punt return--it was taken 72 yards to pay dirt by Christion Jones.
