ESPN Continues Crusade to Try to Take Down Johnny Manziel

For the past week the so called world wide leader in sports has been forced to sit back and watch as the college football loving world read anything and everything they could get their hands on about Oklahoma State and the five SEC players that allegedly received money--stories that Sports Illustrated and Yahoo!Sports broke.

So what's a network to do that is dying to give people a reason to come back? They get a picture of Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel doing what we already know he did.

Obtained by--you guessed it--Darren Rovell
ESPN's Darren Rovell has obtained a picture of Manziel signing autographs in the apartment of broker Drew Tieman in Fort Lauderdale last January.

So what?

Come on ESPN! This is not news anymore! All it does is show that he is signing autographs. I think that has already been accepted as fact. If there is evidence that he took money than you have news. Till then things like this are just a desperate ploy to justify continuing negative coverage of Manziel.

Time to start reporting the news again ESPN; not create it.
