Washington Finds Silver Lining in Loss to Philly--Free Subway!!!

When your team loses that alone is typically considered a pretty good reason for businesses not to give anything away. Free stuff is usually given out in celebration; not defeat.

That wasn't the case with the Washington Redskins Monday night.

Apparently the folks at Subway were not expecting much from Robert Griffin III and the rest of the team since all they needed to do was score 20 points for people to get a free sandwich. Just 20? Did they now watch this team play last season?

Now to be fair, you do actually have to buy something in order to get a free sandwich (chips and a drink), but I can't imagine too many folks passing that kind of deal up.
