The Indiana Pacers came pretty darn close to taking down the Miami Heat last season and will be looking to do the same this season. If they are going to do so they will need their big players to come through in the clutch and play--well, big.
Which when you happen to stand over seven feet tall and weigh right around 290 pounds like Pacers big man Roy Hibbert it comes easy both literally and figuratively.

He certainly got off to a good start this season in the Pacers season opener against the Orlando Magic (a 97-87 win by the way). Roy only scored eight points, but his real production is not in putting balls in the basket, but in keeping them out (of the opponents that is).
Against the Magic he pulled down 16 board (10 defensive) and blocked seven shots. I believe it is safe to say that he has gotten off on the right foot this season.
