If its going to happen he is going to need all hands on deck. However, it appears that he might not have all of them--and he might not have a pretty important set of hands.

On the field he was treated for a concussion, and was ruled out for the remainder of the game. Since than he has passed his initial baseline test, and was supposed to be tested again by an independent doctor before being cleared.
Should he not go it will be a huge loss for the Cardinals. He and Carson Palmer have got along well on the field this season, and while there are some decent players on the roster he is irreplaceable. Against Seattle's tough defense he would certainly come in handy not to mention they'll need him if the Cardinals are going to have a chance against Seattle (week 16) or the 49ers (week 17).
So far it appears that he is expected to play, but until the second test results come out there is no telling if he will.
