Geno Smith and Cam Newton Have Something in Common
It hasn't been a banner season for New York Jets rookie quarterback Geno Smith, but at times the young West Virginia product has looked every bit the future of the franchise the Jets have been looking for. Yes, he has plenty of room for improvement--what rookie doesn't?
His game has developed from his college years already. As the leader of the Mountaineers he was known for being one of the more prolific passers in the NCAA. In the NFL he is tied for the league lead for rushing touchdowns by a quarterback.
