Talk to any marketing executive and they will tell you that sex sells. Guys--remember the Swedish Bikini Team? How many of you drank some of the 'Beast' thinking about a collection of blonde babes in bikinis back in the day? Don't lie! I don't know for certain, but I imagine they helped boost sales for a beer that was otherwise known for being cheap.
So what do you think a group of smoking hot cheerleaders could do for a popular product like NFL team merchandise?

Freestyle Friday being held in the Houston Texans merchandise store wasn't a marketing ploy, but it sure would be a great one. Am I right guys? After watching this wouldn't you be moved to buy a sweatshirt?
