Jameis Winston Walks Away From Heather Cox Interview After Too Many Questions About Rape Case

After a big game it is customary for reporters to hunt down the superstars and get a few good sound bites from them before they get off the field. It's a chance to get to them while they are still in the heat of the moment, emotional, and likely as raw in their answers as they are ever going to be.

So when ESPN's Heather Cox stopped Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston for an interview it was not surprising. However, her line of questioning certainly was.

Rather than ask him about the game, his play, and other football-based questions she did what she could to get him to talk about the rape investigation that concluded just a couple days earlier.

Winston did what he could to be polite and answer her, but when she got a little too pointed in asking about the investigation he did the only thing he could do-- walk away.

The reaction onTwitter has been heavily against her, but there are some that think she was brave for pressing him about the investigation and see nothing wrong with her questions.

What do you think Sports Fans? Should she have kept it strictly football or was she just doing her job when she asked about the investigation?
