That guy was running back LeSean McCoy.
Now he could have just updated the guys throughout the second half as the Cowboys defense gave the game away and Tony Romo made sure the Packers had every opportunity they needed. The key word there is 'could.'
What he did was have a little fun with some of the guys. As some of them came to him for updates he decided to make something up:
“I said, ‘yeah [Tony] Romo he threw a 37 yard pass, touchdown’. They’re like, ‘really?’ I’m like ‘na, he threw a pick actually’. Because nobody had knew except for me, so whatever I said they had to believe,” McCoy said. “I was just joking with some of the players....”
