Peyton Manning Takes the Single Season Touchdown Record Back From Tom Brady

Back in 2004 Peyton Manningf broke what was thought to be an unbreakable record when he took down Dan Marino's single-season touchdown record by throwing 49. He wasn't able to enjoy it as long as Marino did though. Three seasons later Tom Brady took it from by throwing 50 (dirty rat).

So on Sunday he took it back.

TD No. 1
Winning was not a question for the Broncos against the Houston Texans; it was just a matter of by how much (sorry Houston, but its true). The question was if Manning was going to be able to torch the Texans defense--which doesn't suck--bad enough to take back the single season TD record.

The answer is yes.
