Seattle Police Department Tweet: Reports a Beast Has Broken Loose at Century Link Field

For much of the NFC Championship the San Francisco defense has been able to bottle up Seattle running back Marshawn Lynch. However, when you have a running back as explosive as he is all you have to do is keep feeding him the ball and eventually he will break one loose.

Sure enough he did just that in the third quarter with a 40-yard burst to tie the game up at 10-10.

As you could expect the crowd went wild and Skittles were thrown on the field after Lynch finally went Beast Mode. Whoever is manning the Seattle Police Department twitter account sent this out following the run:


You have to love a police department that reps its team as well as these folks do. Earlier in the game they playfully chastised the 12th Man for being a little too quiet:
