Boston Red Sox Plan on Wearing American Flag Inspired Blazers for White House Visit

Next week the Boston Red Sox--excuse me--the World Series Champion Boston Red Sox are going to the White House for the customary visit to Pennsylvania Avenue following a championship year. It gives the president a chance to congratulate the team for a great season and honor them for their accomplishment.

And it appears that this is what the Red Sox are going to wear when he Obama does it.

If they do actually wear it, well--than okay. Although if they win it again in the near future they will probably receive a very precise dress code with plenty of do's and don'ts.

Personally I'm betting we see another tweet claiming this was just an early April Fool's Day prank. Either that or Jimmy Kimmel hacked the Red Sox Twitter account.
