Mavericks Playoff Hopes Could Come Down to the Final Two Games of the Season

Last season the Dallas Mavericks experience something they never have under the ownership of Mark Cuban—when the regular season was done so were they.

When the Dallas Mavericks approached this season there was one goal that they absolutely wanted to reach. You could almost say they have to make this goal. 

They have to return to the playoffs.

For the second off-season in a row the team missed out on the free agent it wanted so it was another year of going with Plan B making the journey just a little bit tougher. The players the team has fielded this season have played well enough that the Mavericks are in an enviable position.

Dallas is in control of its own destiny. Basically its win and they are in....
