The only bad thing about having the kind of success that Michigan State men's basketball coach Tom Izzo has had is that each season he'll have to deal with the constant barrage of questions about him taking an NBA job.

So maybe that's why the coach decided to ask Dan Patrick about his sex life after fielding another question about his future (or maybe he just wanted to be funny). Whatever the reason, the exchange is hilarious--a must watch that includes Patrick proclaiming himself a 'No. 1 seed' and Izzo a 'play-in.'
