High School Pitcher Throws Perfect Game in First Varsity Start--All Strikeouts! [VIDEO]

Perfect game are pretty rare. In the Majors there have been only 23 in the history of the game. So when Carle Place HS junior Mike Delio threw one in his first varsity start Tuesday it was a pretty big deal (even though the high school game is only seven innings).

However, his perfect game was on a whole other level. Not only did he face only 21 batters, but he stuck out 21 batters!

Here's the tough part--so what do you have on tap for an encore Mike?
