Nene Ejected After Nice Scuffle With Jimmy Butler; Suspension Possible [GIF]

Things get heated at times on the court. Guys are going to talk trash--it's what we do. So when Nene and Jimmy Butler began to square off it was not unusual. Had it stopped at that it would have been a 'no harm, no foul' kind of situation.

But Nene had to take just a little bit further.

After grabbing Butler around the neck it was a no-brainer for the refs to eject him. In a game that ended up going down to the wire and found his team losing by three he has to be kicking himself. Yeah, maybe he wouldn't have made a difference, but chances are good he would have.

What will be interesting to see is whether he ends up getting suspended by the league for this one. The league has been trying to cut down on violence during games so it would not be surprising.
