Richard Sherman Just Needs to Let it Go Already [PHOTO]

Seattle Seahawks defensive back Richard Sherman is a heck of a defensive back; possibly one of the best in the league. Throughout last season the man made a number of tremendous plays none nearly as tremendous the one he made against San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Michael Crabtree--and he hasn't stopped talking about it.

This is how Sherman has been signing autographs of the infamous scene back in the NFC Championship.

Sigh.

I get it. He's brash. He's loud. He's an in-your-face kind of guy; something he proved with his now infamous rant immediately following the game. I have to admit--it was pretty darn entertaining to watch (it and the ensuing controversy).

However, it's been months now. We are talking about the draft. Free agency is changing the landscape of the league. New contenders are being created and perpetual ones are being strengthened.

The NFC Championship is over--and old. Let it go Richard.
