Segura had to be helped back to the locker room. There has not been any word on the extent of his injuries as of yet.
Hopefully it is nothing too serious and hopefully Braun at least buys him a steak as big as his Segura's head to say he's sorry!

WATCH: Ryan Braun Hits Teammate in the Head With a Practice Swing; Knocks Him Out of the Game
The poor teammate in question here is shortstop Jean Segura. The poor guy looked like he was just trying to exit the dugout when Braun--who was standing at the top of the stairs started to loosen up. Braun didn't think to look behind him and sure enough he whacks an unsuspecting Segura in the head pretty hard.
Segura had to be helped back to the locker room. There has not been any word on the extent of his injuries as of yet.
