When you are a reserve you have to take advantage of whatever playing time you get in order to prove your worth to the team. Failure to do so can mean the tram may look for someone else to get the job done next season. When you are a reserve and an undrafted rookie the pressure to perform is a little higher. Yeah, the team is not paying you much so they can afford to give you a chance to prove yourself, but they could also ditch you and give someone else a shot.
So when former Boston College linebacker Kasim Edebali got in to the game for the Saints against the Packers Sunday night you better believe he made the most of his time!
Along with the forced fumble on the play above he was credited with a sack giving him two for the game.
