WATCH: Miami Dolphins Rookie WR Jarvis Landry Catches First NFL Touchdown

The Miami Dolphins believe/hope they have the quarterback of the future in former Texas A&M QB Ryan Tannehill, but like any QB he needs weapons to throw to. They got him a marquee receiver in Mike Wallace and drafted what they hope will be a No. 2/future No. 1 in former LSU wide receiver Jarvis Landry.

Six weeks in to the season it remains to be seen whether Landry can fill that roll, but against the Packers he did take a very important step in the career of every receiver--he caught his first NFL touchdown.

Hopefully that will help boost his confidence and Tannehill's confidence in him going  forward.
