FatManWriting College Football Coach of the Year: the Minnesota Gophers Ice Cream Eating in a Blizzard Guy

My criteria is minimal to be the FatManWriting Coach of the Year. Head coach? Doesn't matter. Winning team? Don't care. Good at your job? Also not important. You just have to do something that a only a fat guy would do or appreciate.

Like eat a Dilly Bar from Dairy Queen in the snow on the sideline of a college football game while it's 18 degrees out.

If it turns out that this guy is not a coach I'll gladly change it to the 'Random Guy on the Sideline' award, but till then this is my favorite coach in college football.
