The team will be getting some help from Tony Romo who has made it clear he wants both guys back and will end up restructuring his contract to help the team free up cap space. That will not be enough though.

"I love playing with them, I love playing for coach Garrett, I love playing for the great Dallas organization," he said. "And, you know, those guys you play hard for, you come out, you lay it on the line for those guys -- it's easier to do it because they're going to do the same thing for me and vice versa."The thought of winning a Super Bowl and being on a Super Bowl caliber team is also important to him:
"I don’t think about [the one big contract], I’m thinking about winning a Super Bowl. What’s best for me to win a Super Bowl and win one now. At the end of the day, the money is irrelevant to some degree. But you definitely want to get what you’re worth and things like that. At the end of the day it’s about winning a Super Bowl."He has also stated how he understands the business side of the league and if the team can't keep him they can't keep him. It will be interesting to see what he'll do if a team like the Jets offers him big money. Would he go get his big contract or stick with an actual contender like the Cowboys.
