Maryland was supposed to be the better team Thursday night when it faced off against Ohio State. That is, if you buy in to the notion that the ranked team is better than the unranked team on any given night. When the game was done that was far from the case though. Lead by D'Angelo Russell's 18 points. 14 rebounds, and six assists, the Buckeyes crushed the Terrapins 80-56.
The freshman guard, Russell, has been making a pretty good name for himself this season with his play and Thursday night was no different. He may in fact be the best passer the Buckeyes have.
