Nate Ebner--From Ohio State Sevens Rugby to the Super Bowl With the New England Patriots

Do you watch  football sometimes and think the guys on the field are a bunch of *ussies? Do you see their lame attempts at tackling and laugh? Does there need to take so many breaks all the time make you wonder how the players don't get bored during a game? If so than you either are a rugby fan already or should take up watching the game!

If you are planning on watching the Super Bowl Sunday and want to see what a good tackle looks like find Nate Ebner of the New England Patriots during special teams. He's listed as a safety, but the vast majority of his playing time comes on special teams.

His training and background as a former rugby player at Ohio State makes the speed and intensity of a special teams play perfect for him. As an added benefit, thanks to his time on a rugby pitch he actually knows how to wrap up and make a tackle!
