Richard Sherman Calls Out Roger Goodell During Press Conference for Being Too Close to Owners

The Seattle Seahawks are already in Arizona having arrived on Sunday and wasted no time getting in front of the press and stirring up a potential hornets nest by casually stating that NFL commissioner Rodger Goodell is too close with the owners especially New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft.

More specifically, he stated that he does not think the league will punish the Patriots over Deflate Gate (worst scandal name ever) because of said relationship.

He has a point. Is someone more or less likely to punish someone they are good friends with? Probably not. Does that mean they can't be friends? Of course not, but Goodell and Kraft should have thought twice before letting this photo loose on Twitter. It kind of makes it hard not to think Sherman may be right.
