The most impressive rookie of the 2014 NFL season is easily New York Giants rookie wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. So what if the Vikings fans turned out to vote Teddy Bridgewater the Pepsi Rookie of the Year. Anyone that watched the Giants play or saw a highlight of one of the New York games knows this to be fact. Even though he missed the first few games of the season he still managed to pull in 91 catches for 1305 yards and 12 touchdowns.
Many of his catches were one-handed and awesome although on occasion he did use two and most of those were pretty sweet as well. While it is hard to pick the seven best out of close to 100 receptions I gave it the old college try starting with this awesome catch during the Pro Bowl:
