Sam Sicilia lost his last time out in the Octagon via a rear naked chokehold at the hands of Katsunori Kikuno during a UFC Fight Night Event in Japan so when he stepped in to the Octagon against Akira Corassani he really wanted to get back on the right side of the win column.
