Dallas Cowboys WR Dez Bryant Doing Sit-ups Hanging From a Punching Bag [VIDEO]
Dez Bryant is one of the best wide receivers in the game. Chances are if the Cowboys are forced to choose between him and running back Demarco Murray they are going to pay Dez before they play Demarco. With the amount of money the team is paying Tony Romo Dez has to know this, and it appears like he is preparing himself to go even harder next year to make sure the team and fans get their money's worth.
How is he preparing himself? The man is hanging from a heavy bag and doing sit ups like they were nothing. Most of us would have a hard enough time just holding on to the heavy bag (I couldn't do it), but not only is he supporting his weight he's doing sit-ups!
