The Most Ridiculous Part of the Super Bowl Production--the Walk of the Lombardi Trophy

For the most part I would say the television crews and the NFL do a good job of producing the NFL. However, in recent years there is one part they have started to broadcast that is the dumbest damn thing in the world--the overly dramatic walking of the Lobardi trophy through the players from the winning team.

It doesn't look cool. It isn't neat. It looks kind of stupid. There has to be something else they can be showing rather than this at the end of the game. Give Bob Costas some more air time. Or Tony Dungy. Or some random dude from the audience. Anything but this.
