Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Chris Mathews became a household name (at least in Seattle) after recovering the onside kick attempt that led to what was the go-ahead score at the time in the NFC Championship game. His legend will grow a little more now that he has finally made his first catch as an NFL player in the Super Bowl, a real nice 44-yard bomb that led to a game tying touchdown run by Marshawn Lynch.
Well done Chris. Well done indeed.
