Many Texans Fans Were Actually Upset When Houston Picked J.J. Watt [VIDEO]

It may seem hard to believe now, but back when the Houston Texans picked took J.J. Watt with the No.l1 pick in the 2011 draft may fans were actually upset with the team. If they were not upset by it the prevailing thought was "who the heck is this guy?"

Lots of people thought the team should have picked Auburn defensive tackle Nick Fairley instead (dodged a bullet there, huh?).

When the pick was announced at the team's draft party at Reliant Stadium the boos were rather loud and the reaction not too positive:



Most of those guys probably own J.J. Watt jerseys now, but back then they wanted nothing to do with the future superstar.
