Houston Texans RB Arian Foster Wishes the NFL Allowed Hockey-Style Fights

Trash talking is a part of every sport. Guys do it with hopes of getting in to an opponents head and taking them off of their game. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Often times it continues unfiltered throughout the entire game. The NFL thinks it can stem the flow by flagging guys for getting too vulgar, but lets be real--it is never going to stop.

Houston Texans running back Arian Foster thinks the league could, however, if it took a page out of the NHL's playbook.

He thinks the NFL should allow guys to do a little bit of fighting:

It would certainly make games a little more interesting.

It will never happen of course, but maybe if Vince McMahon revives the XFL again he can give it a try so we can see if it would matter.
