WATCH: Notre Dame's Pat Connaughton Records Second Best Vertical in NBA Combine History

It does not get the attention that the NFL combine does, but some of the best in college basketball are going through the process of the NBA combine. Much like the NFL version there is a battery of test that players are expected to take part in. You know--stuff like a standing vertical, max vertical, and bench press among other things.

Former Notre Dame guard/forward Pat Connaughton made sure he gave the scouts something to talk about by turning in the second best vertical in combine history with 44" (Kenny Gregory set the record of 45.5" back in 2001).
