Texas Rangers SS Elvis Andrus Donates $1000 to Charity for Reporter's Ruined Dress [VIDEO]

Texas Rangers short stop Elvis Andrus has been known for being a bit off a troublemaker from time to time. He can often be seen trying to rub Adrian Beltre's bald head--which he hates. Apparently he was one of the ringleaders behind Josh Hamilton and reporter Emily Jones getting a Powerade shower after Hamilton's game winning double against the Red Sox Sunday.

Hamilton was the target of course. Jones and her dress were just collateral damage.



Red Powerade and a white dress does not go well together and it appears that the dress has been put out to pasture. It's owner has vowed to get her revenge.


Perhaps Andrus felt bad about the dress or hoped he could appease the revenge gods and went ahead and donated $1000 to charity in Emily Jones' name in honor of her dress.

She seems to appreciate the gesture, but still wants her revenge...
