WATCH: Florida Catcher J.J. Schwartz Blasts Two-Run Home Run in the Second to Get Gators on the Board

The Gators blasted their in-state rivals from Tallahassee 13-5 to take Game One of the Super Regional series against Florida State Friday night. With their backs against the wall the Seminoles came out swinging in the first and got a 2-0 lead. However, it was short-lived thanks to Florida catcher J.J. Schwartz and his two-run blast in the second.

Florida scored another before the inning ended and have scored three more in the third to take a 6-2 lead over Florida State.
