WATCH: Rice Ends 20 Inning Game Against Houston With RBI Double

Rice and Houston were not going to go down without a fight during Sunday's game. The two fought so hard that the game did more than just go into extra innings. They played an extra game! It took forever, but eventually the Rice Owls pulled out the victory with an RBI double by Leon Byrd in the 20th inning (yes, they played 20 freaking innings).

The loss eliminated the Houston Cougars from the postseason. Rice plays UL-Lafayette Monday for the right to move on to the Super Regional.
