The Boston College defense was doing a great job of keeping the Eagles in the game Friday night against Florida State. Quarterback Darius Wade had his hands full against a tough Seminoles defense, but he was playing alright up until he was crushed during a fourth quarter play by Florida State defensive lineman Nile Lawrence-Stample.
Wade left the field on crutches, and now it
is being reported that he is done for the season with a broken ankle. Florida State went on to win 14-0.
