WATCH: Ref In Tennessee-Tampa Bay Game Tells Jameis Winston To Hold On

This is something you don't see very often (if ever). Towards the end of the first half of the Titans-Buccaneers game the referee apparently discovered an issue with the clock right before Tampa Bay was going to snap the ball. I don't know if he blew his whistle first--like you would expect a ref to do to stop the play--so to stop the play he decided to use his microphone.

I don't think I've ever seen something like this happen.
