WATCH: Seattle Seahawks WR Tyler Lockett Returns Punt 57-Yards For Touchdown Against Rams

You can't put too much weight if any on what you see in the preseason. Guys don't play hard, teams don't play stars, and a lot of guys that are not going to make the roster are on the field a lot. That being said, you should still be aware of what guys do during the preseason. Like if someone returns a few punts for touchdowns--like Seattle Seahawks rookie Tyler Lockett--you might not want to kick to him.

The St. Louis Rams apparently do not pay any attention to the preseason.
